Evaluation of Hip Hop Culture

I have questions concerning the Hip Hop culture:

1. Is Hip Hop helping to stop homelessness?

2. Is Hip Hop lessening violence in schools?

3. Is Hip Hop stopping more young Black people from getting caught up in the juvenile justice system?

4. Is Hip Hop keeping more Black men out of prison?

5. Is Hip Hop slowing down pregnancies among Black teens?

6. Is Hip Hop slowing down sexually transmitted diseases, such as AIDS, among Blacks?

7. Is Hip Hop keeping Blacks out of gangs?

8. Is Hip Hop slowing down drug use in the Black community?

9. Is Hip Hop slowing down or stopping gang violence?

10. Is Hip Hop slowing down or stopping Black-on-Black crime?

11. Is Hip Hop respecting Black women and not glorifying sex and violence?

12. Is Hip Hop encouraging Black men to be responsible fathers?

13. Is Hip Hop encouraging academic excellence in Black students?

14. Is Hip Hop encouraging young Black people to be responsible citizens?

15. Is Hip Hop encouraging young Black people to be responsible sexually and to encourage marriage?

16. Is Hip Hop making our communities better in any way?

17. Is the only positive thing about Hip Hop is the positive cash flow to the producers of Hip Hop music?

If all the answers from 1 to 16 are "No," somebody explain to me why we need it in the first place?
